Demola “Demo” Andu is a legally trained professional, business strategist, and author with over 30 years of leadership experience bridging law, healthcare, business innovation, and faith-based impact. He is the founder and director of Staffordshire Design & Consulting Company Ltd and Beautiful Wigs, a specialty wig business in the UK trading successfully for over 25 years.
Demo is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Aston Business School, with a research focus on the effectiveness of NHS communication strategies in reaching underserved communities—particularly regarding health equity, policy compliance, and community engagement. His academic interests intersect with his strategic leadership roles in healthcare innovation under the Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHC), including serving as project lead for CHART (Community Healthcare Alliance for Research & Transformation) and the CP2 Tool.
